By browsing this store or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Shipping & Returns policy. If you don't agree, please don't use this site.
Products & Pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars and shown on each bag's page. Weight-based shipping: $15.00. Final shipping confirmed at checkout. Sale codes apply only to the bags listed as eligible: code GOINGGOINGGONE takes 50% off every tote except Beef N Broccoli. Prices, sale codes and availability can change at any time; the price charged is the one shown when your order is placed.
Orders & Payment
Checkout is processed securely by Square. Placing an order is a request to buy; we confirm the order by email once it is accepted. We may cancel or refuse an order for pricing error, unavailable stock, or suspected fraud, and will refund anything already charged.
Shipping & Delivery
Weight-based shipping: $15.00. Final shipping confirmed at checkout. Now also shipping to Canada and United Kingdom. Delivery times shown on each product page are estimates, not guarantees. Once a bag ships you'll get tracking or status updates by email from our checkout.
Returns — All Sales Final
All sales are final. We don't offer refunds or exchanges, except for bags that arrive damaged or incorrect. Report these within three (3) days of delivery with your order number and photos of the bag and packaging. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
Intellectual Property
The PURE name, logo, lettering, bag designs, quotes, photography and all text on this site belong to PURE Official Co. LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to disrupt the site, attempt to access it by automated means that overload it, submit false orders, or use the contact form or email links for spam.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, PURE Official Co. LLC isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses from using this site or its products. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms; the version on this page applies to orders placed from then on. Material changes to how returns or shipping work are also reflected on the Shipping & Returns page.
